The Board of Directors oversees the ambitions and solidity of Edify’s development strategy. It takes the final decision on the invesment proposals presented by the investment team. Its decisions aim in particular to guarantee the consistency of these acquisitions with Edify’s strategy. The Board consists of individuals possessing extensive managerial experience, all at industrial and financial firms, with an international profile.

THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
The Investment Committee’s role consists in an in-depth review of the deals brought by the investment team. It then submits an opinion to the Board of Directors.
It has 3 members: Luis Marini-Portugal, Chairman – Jean Guillaume Despature and Patrick Tanguy.
THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Audit Committee reviews the consolidated accounts and ensures compliance with accounting standards and principles. It submits Edify’s internal risk management and internal control policy to the Board of Directors.
It is chaired by Agnès Laruelle and also includes Luis Marini-Portugal and Pierre Ribeiro.
THE HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE
The Human Resources Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the framework for fixed compensation and benefits granted to Executive Management. With respect to variable remuneration, the Committee sets out the principles governing its determination, based on quantitative and qualitative objectives defined by the Board. This Committee is chaired by Jean Guillaume Despature and includes two additional members: Agnès Laruelle and Patrick Tanguy.
